1. Is the office.  Small desk, little table, gym-quality treadmill.  The other side of the room is a book shelf and some storage boxes.   One large, sunny window that overlooks Grand Street outside.

Views of the bedroom and the little monsters.  Very comfy queen sized bed.  View of office and closet below.  There are three large drawers under the bed, a dresser, and the closet that will all be cleaned out and available for your use.
